Cleaning Process

Carpet Cleaning: 8 Steps

  1. Pre-inspection: Our technician will do a walk through with you to inspect the carpet for trouble areas and note any requests you may have. They will let you know what stains may be permanent.

  2. Dry Soil Removal: Our technician will then vacuum the area to remove dry soil from the carpet.

  3. Moving Furniture: Furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas, recliners, and other small items are removed from the space free of charge. Larger items may also be moved but at an additional cost.

  4. Pre-Spraying: The carpeted areas will be treated with our all-natural, organic solution to break down any oils and debris trapped within the carpet. Troubled areas will be spot treated with products proven to aid in complete stain removal.

  5. Agitation: Our technician will then agitate the carpet before steam cleaning it to help loosen any soil trapped deep within the fibers of the carpet. This step ensures that the cleaning is thorough all the way down to the base of the carpet.

  6. Post Spot Treatment: Any trouble spots remaining after the initial cleaning will get treated with our spotter solutions to eliminate any lingering stains.

  7. Post-Grooming: To rid the carpet of wand marks, the carpet is groomed with a carpet rake.  Air movers are then placed on the carpet to induce faster dry times.

  8. Post Inspection: Our technician will do a final walk through with you to show the results of the cleaning and make sure it is to your satisfaction. Carpet protector may be applied upon request at this time.
